When you enquire, we collect your name, contact details and a short note of how we can help, so that we can reply and, if you wish, book you in. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before providing care (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Please keep health details in the form brief — it is better to discuss those with us directly.

If you become a patient, we hold your dental records to provide your care. Health data is special category data, and we process it to provide health care (Article 9(2)(h)), under a duty of confidentiality.

We measure visits without cookies and without storing anything on your device, so there is no cookie banner. A map or video only loads from Google if you choose to open it.

We never sell your data. Website enquiries are handled for us by our website provider, under a written data processing agreement, and stored in the UK. Within your care we may share information with other health professionals, the NHS where you receive NHS treatment, or where the law requires.

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 12 months. Dental records are kept for the periods set out in the NHS records management code of practice.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
