Your first visit, start to finish

If you’ve never been in before, here’s exactly how your first visit goes, start to finish, no surprises. The whole idea is that you know what will happen before you arrive.

You’ll always know the cost before any treatment starts.

How the appointment goes

  1. Arrive

Come in off Harbour Street and say hi at reception. There’s parking two minutes away and the station is an 8-minute walk.

  2. A chat first

We sit down and talk before anything else: your history, what’s brought you in, and anything you’re worried about.

  3. A gentle exam

A careful look at your teeth, gums and bite, with digital X-rays only if they’re needed.

  4. Your plan

We explain what we found in plain words and, if anything needs doing, walk you through the options.

  5. The cost, up front

You’ll get a written treatment plan and cost before any treatment, and we’ll tell you whether it is NHS or private.

Have a look around before you come in.

The rooms, the front desk, the street out front, a quick walk through the practice so nothing about your visit is a surprise.
