Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of your care at Saltmarsh Dental, we want to hear about it, and to put it right.
Talk to us first
Speak to any member of the team, call us on 01632 960400, or email hello@saltmarshdental.co.uk. Your complaint is handled by our practice manager. We will acknowledge it within 3 working days, look into it fully, and give you a written response explaining what we found and what we will do.
Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive from us.
NHS treatment
If your complaint is about NHS treatment and you would rather not raise it with us, or you are not happy with our response, you can contact the integrated care board (ICB) that commissions NHS dental services in your area. You can find yours on nhs.uk. If you are still not satisfied, you can ask the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to review it.
Private treatment
If your complaint is about private treatment and we have not resolved it, the Dental Complaints Service can help. It is free and impartial, and is run by the General Dental Council.
The General Dental Council
All of our dentists and dental care professionals are registered with the General Dental Council, which can investigate serious concerns about a registrant’s fitness to practise.
